Premier Helen Zille unveils her new cabinet at Provincial Legislature, Cape Town 08 May 2009. Helen Zille is the only woman in her 11 member team which also boasts a majority of 6 white males. Among them is Theuns Botha, Gerrit van Rensburg and Allan Winde.
