Leah Tutu 70th birthday 18 October 2003

An icon of the struggle against racial discrimination in South Africa, Leah Tutu celebrates her 70th birthday in Soweto. Her daughter, the Rev. Mpho Tutu shares communion with her. Leah is the wife of Archbishop Emeritus, anti apartheid activist and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Desmond Tutu.
