A new campaign called “Every Human Has Rights” was launched launched in Cape Town by a group of world leaders, including Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu, known as the elders on Monday, December 10. The aim of the initiative is to garner global support for an online signature campaign. The elders will work with groups like Amnesty International and Action Aid to promote the Campaign. Pictured is Archbishop Tutu, Graca Machel, head of UN Human Rights Desk Mary Robinson and former Mozambican president Joachim Chissano.
