Lynn Brown Opens provincial parliament in Cape Town – 13 February 2009

On Friday, 13 February, Premier Lynne Brown opened the Provincial Parliament. The event, which came a week after the opening of National Parliament saw a number of guests flocking to the legislature. Among these were Members of Parliament, business people, investors, diplomats, and VIPs and school children.
