AFRIKAANS CULTURE 2008: The 14th annual Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees (Klein Karoo National Arts Festival) was held in Oudtshoorn in March. The theme of this year’s festival in the old ostrich farming centre was, Daar is Afrikaans in ons almal (There’s Afrikaans in all of us).
